Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using ImpactOS, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ImpactOS is a professional impact tracking tool for engineers. It enables you to document your achievements, generate promotion reports, and connect with third-party platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Linear) to automatically import your contributions.

3. User Account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login email (magic link). You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions

Some features are paid (Pro, Staff+). Subscriptions are managed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Disrupt the operation of the service
• Use the service to harass or harm others

6. Data and Privacy

Our privacy policy describes how we handle your data. You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell it.

7. Limitation of Liability

ImpactOS is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
